Check your card balance
Use the myLaundroworks portal to see your card balance, which machines are available in-store, and turn on text alerts when your laundry's done.

Buy and reload your card at the in-store kiosk, with cash, EBT, or a debit/credit card. If you lose it, at the kiosk machine you enter the cardholder's first name, last name, and phone number, enter the PIN sent to your phone, and claim your new card with your balance; a replacement costs $2. We never store your card number.
