Yes. All of our machines are new, and they're cleaned several times a day to keep them free of impurities and residue.

Where do I get or reload my TOP card?

At the kiosk (Value Add Center) inside the store, with cash, EBT, or a debit/credit card. It works for washing and drying it yourself.

What if I lose my card?

Go to the kiosk machine and enter the cardholder's first name, last name, and phone number. Wait for the PIN sent to your phone, enter it on the machine, and claim your new card with your balance. A replacement costs $2.

How do I pay for Wash & Fold?

It doesn't use the card. You pay with cash, EBT, or a debit/credit card.

Do you supervise the Kids' Play Area?

No. The Play Area will be a space for children accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, who must supervise them at all times. TOP Laundromat does not provide childcare, babysitting, or supervision services.

Yes. Set your TOP Preferences once — regular or fragrance-free detergent, softener on or off, separated or mixed loads, regular or low-heat drying — and we'll use them on every order.

Drop off your load (or schedule a pickup). We weigh it, check it, sort it, wash it with premium detergent, dry and fold it, and confirm the weight. When it's ready, we'll send you a text message so you can pick it up.

How do I check my card balance?
