These Terms of Service govern your use of TOP Laundromat's Self-Service, Wash & Fold, and Pickup & Delivery services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

TOP Laundromat offers Self-Service laundry, Wash & Fold, and Pickup & Delivery, as described on our Services page.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Pickup and delivery windows are confirmed when you schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order.

Care of Garments

We follow the TOP Preferences and any special care instructions you provide, along with visible garment care labels. We are not responsible for damage caused by missing or inaccurate care instructions, pre-existing damage, or shrinkage and color bleeding in materials prone to it.

Lost or Unclaimed Items

Please review your order when you pick it up or when it's delivered, and contact us right away if something is missing. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated or discarded.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed in-store before you pay. We accept the payment methods available in-store and shown when you schedule online.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TOP Laundromat's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the value of the affected order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
